Programs for the first Macintosh models, written in 68000 assembler and built with mac68k-asm and mac68k-disk.

They are made for the real machines and a 400K floppy, and you can play them in your browser.

Tank Duel: tanks fighting around the wooden bridge over the river, forests and brick walls, status bar with armour, shield, weapons and radar at the bottom.

Macintosh 512K Game 2026

A four-against-four tank battle for the Macintosh 512K. Scrolling battlefield, four weapons, computer tanks that flank, take cover and drive home to repair, sampled sound, 20 frames per second.

Runs on: Macintosh 512K, 512Ke or Plus; System 3.2 or later; 400K floppy.

SpaceShoot: a white wireframe cube in black space, the crosshair next to it.

Macintosh 512K Game 2026

A wireframe 3D space shooter. Cubes tumble towards you out of a starfield; shoot one and it breaks into three tetrahedra, shoot those and they explode. One hit and it is over - how long do you survive?

Runs on: Macintosh 128K, 512K or Plus; System 3.2 or later; 400K floppy.

Castle: the knight jumps beside the great tower, a bat below him, a goblin on the battlements, gems and floating ledges around the tower; mountains and a town in the background, the panel shows hearts, gems 3 of 43, a minimap of the castle, time and score.

Macintosh 512K Game 2026

A platformer for the Macintosh 512K. A knight races along the castle walls to the flag on the highest tower - double jump, dash, goblins to stomp, bats to dodge, 43 gems, four layers of parallax scrolling and sampled sound.
